Juror:
Lew Lott graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Communication Arts and Design with Photography as a primary interest. “I now explore the visual world through my photography and paint along with a healthy influence from ‘The Arts’ in general. The work usually begins with my photography which may either stand alone or be used with the help from paint to become something else. I explore strength, beauty, sensuality, and maturity with an occasional bit of discourse. My favorite artists are Richard Avedon, John Singer Sargent, Salvador Dali, Caravaggio and Francis Bacon.” Lott’s award winning work is shown in Atlantic regional galleries and national solo, group and juried exhibitions.
