Virginia based artist, Jennifer Galvin, has been making paper since 2002. She holds a BS in graphic design from Oregon State University. She is currently on the Virginia Commission of the Arts Teaching Roster and enjoys teaching art at many venues. Her love for making paper has gradually evolved to painting with paper—pulp painting. Jennifer is a member of IAPMA (International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists), NAHP (North American Hand Papermakers), FCCA (Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts), and her work is shown locally at Art First Gallery in Fredericksburg, VA. She currently serves on the board of Athentikos and Art First Gallery. Jennifer has exhibited in regional, national, and international venues.
